Where It All Started

Back in 2023, I was working in a traditional restaurant kitchen in Belgrade when I realized something was missing. Young cooks would come in with passion but lack the fundamental techniques that separate good food from extraordinary experiences.

The turning point: A culinary student asked me why his sauces always broke, and I spent two hours showing him the science behind emulsification. That's when I knew teaching was my calling.

We started Kymbron with a simple belief: creativity flourishes when you understand the fundamentals. You can't paint a masterpiece without knowing how colors blend, and you can't create innovative dishes without mastering basic techniques first.

What began as weekend workshops in Novi Sad has grown into comprehensive programs that bridge the gap between culinary school theory and real kitchen practice.
